Telephone Tips

Since Monday morning is our busiest time, it is easier to get through between 1:30 PM and 4:30 PM for non-urgent matters.
There is now an option to leave a message after hours and on weekends using our answering service.
We try to return all calls by 2:00 PM the same day unless the physician is out of the office and needs to be consulted.
When calling to schedule an appointment, please have all necessary documentation available at the time of your call (i.e. pt name, address, contact #, dob, ss# & insurance name/address/phone #/ID & group #s).
You may now dial a few of our departments directly in order to eliminate the wait time. Prescription refills are 972-395-2240 and Billing is 972-395-2220.
If you know your party's extension you may dial it directly at 972-395-2XXX, where XXX is their extension.
