Hand Therapy at CORE - Center of Rehabilitation Excellence
CORE has an outpatient physical therapist that specializes in rehabilitating patients with conditions affecting the hands, elbow and upper extremity. Focus is placed on helping patients regain maximum use of his or her hand and upper extremity after injury, surgery, or disease. The physical therapist has advanced certification and training in treating injuries of the upper extremity and will provide the patients with a detailed treatment plan to address the deficits indentified. Our certified hand therapist can also make custom splints for any and all upper extremity conditions and injuries. The goal of treatment is to return the use of the upper extremity to allow full function and normal activity.
