Center of Rehabilitation Excellence or CORE, is a physical therapy facility located in the Metrocrest Orthopaedics and Sports Medicine complex.

We offer the latest equipment and therapy techniques, as well as, highly qualified physical therapists to ensure that the patient is back to full movement as quickly as possible.
