Director of Physical Therapy - Michael Cox, PT, DPT, OCS graduated from The University of Texas at El Paso with a Master in Physical Therapy in 1999. He has a B.S. in Healthcare Sciences from UT Medical Branch in Galveston and a B.S. in Exercise and Sports Studies from UT Arlington. He received his Doctor in Physical Therapy from Hardin Simmons University in 2010.

Michael has practiced in orthopaedic and sports medicine physical therapy settings since his graduation. In June of 2003, he was certified as a clinical specialist in orthopaedic physical therapy by the American Board of Physical Therapy Specialties of the American Physical Therapy Association.
