Dr. Neagle is certified by the American Board of Orthopaedic Surgeons, and has a certificate of added qualifications in Hand Surgery. He practices Surgery of the Hand and Wrist.

After graduating from Vanderbilt University in Nashville, Tennessee, Dr. Neagle completed medical school at University of Maryland School of Medicine in Baltimore. He finished his Orthopaedic residency at the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania in Philadelphia and followed with a fellowship in Upper Extremity Surgery at Baylor College of Medicine in Houston. 

Dr. Neagle was raised in Timonium, Maryland, and has practiced Orthopaedic Surgery, specifically, Hand and Wrist Surgery, since 1992. Dr. Neagle has been married since 1995 and has three children.
